Usage and credits
I am a Perplexity Pro subscriber. How do the $5 monthly credits work?
As a Perplexity Pro subscriber, you will receive $5 in monthly credits on the first day of each month. If you're a new subscriber, please allow 10 to 20 minutes for the credits to appear after you subscribe. Avoid manually adding the credits yourself, as this will result in a $5 charge.
I purchased too many credits, can I get a refund?
Refunds can be processed if you report the issue within 14 days of the purchase date and if the credits have not been used. Used credits are non-refundable.
