What do I get with Pro?

Pro Searches

Pro users get at least 300 Pro Searches per day. Each Pro Search deducts one credit from your daily limit, and credits are restored 24 hours after they are used. For example, if one credit is used at 10 AM, the credit will be restored at 10 AM the following day.

Powerful AI models

Choose to search using advanced AI models, each with its own unique strengths.

  • GPT-4 Omni: Advanced reasoning and natural language processing capabilities.

  • Claude 3 Sonnet and Haiku: Natural-sounding responses and file uploads, with limited daily usage.

  • Sonar Large 32k: Conciseness and accuracy, based on Llama 3.4

File analysis

Effortlessly upload files—including PDFs, CSVs, and images—and explore their contents using cutting-edge AI models like GPT-4 Omni and Claude 3.

With Perplexity Pro, you get $5 monthly to use on pplx-api. Our API gives you access to the latest open-source LLMs such as Llama 3 and Perplexity’s Online LLMs, allowing you to embed our AI-powered search into your own projects while having the ability to obtain citations.

Discord channel

Join the Pro Discord channel via the invite link in your Perplexity account menu. Email support if the link has expired.

Pro support

As a Pro subscriber, you can access exclusive support channels:

  • Pro channel on Discord: Connect with our team and other Pro users.

  • Intercom support: Reach out directly through Intercom on your settings page. Our team prioritizes Pro inquiries and aims to respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Switching between models

You can switch between models in your settings under the Perplexity Pro section. To change models within a thread, simply click “Rewrite.”

Referrals

Referrals are capped at $10 per billing cycle. Start referring others after your first active billing cycle.

Subscription management

Make sure to cancel your Pro subscription before deleting your account.

If you subscribed on a desktop, cancel through your settings page. For app subscriptions, use your device’s subscription management settings.

Why is my Pro status not visible?

If your Pro status isn't showing up:

  • Check for payment issues.

  • Make sure your billing information is correct.

  • Verify you're logged in with the correct email.

  • Clear your cache and cookies.

  • Try resetting the app.
